At Bumble & Bee, we want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are natural and consumable, we follow strict health and safety standards when it comes to returns and exchanges. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
Opened, used, or partially consumed products (e.g., honey jars, pollen, propolis, lip balms).
Products not in their original packaging.
Items purchased on sale or marked as clearance.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect:
Please contact us at [insert email] within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once verified, we will offer you the choice of:
A replacement item (subject to stock availability), or
A full refund (processed via your original payment method).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer “change of mind” exchanges.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days once approved.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
For services such as bee removals, we do not offer refunds once the service has been completed.
If you cancel a service within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
