Payment methods include direct bank trasnfer only.
Payment must be received before your order is processed and shipped.
We deliver within South Africa. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
While we aim to deliver on time, delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by external factors (e.g., couriers, weather).
Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been delivered to the provided address.
Due to the nature of honey and consumables, we cannot accept returns once products are opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with proof (photos), and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Service appointments are scheduled subject to availability.
We will take all reasonable care when performing services, but Bumble & Bee is not liable for incidental property damage caused during bee removals.
Payment for services must be made as per the invoice terms.
All content on this website (logos, images, text, graphics, product descriptions) is owned by or licensed to Bumble & Bee.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
Our products are natural food items. While raw honey has many health benefits, it should not be consumed by infants under 12 months or people with bee-related allergies.
Bumble & Bee is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from use of our website, products, or services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product or service in question.
